Ambar

Ambar is the first modern, international chain of Balkan cuisine restaurants. It is located in three different locations, in Belgrade, Washington, and Clarendon. From the unusual menu, full of contrast, guests can start from the ”kajmak” bar, and continue with dry plums and bacon. After soup, guests choose vegetables or grains like the millet, which they combine with the meat roasted on a grapevine and charcoal. Here, more than 35 types of brandy can be tried, many of which are used to prepare unusual cocktails.
