Overall, the water park left me with mixed but mostly pleasant impressions. The atmosphere is nice, the grounds are comfortable, and we were happy with the food and drinks. The sun loungers and umbrellas are also perfectly fine, and the toilets were clean and in good condition. I have no complaints about these aspects. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ What concerned me most was the condition of one of the water slides: water was continuously leaking from the joint between two sections of the slide. I cannot assess the technical safety of the structure, but from a visitor’s perspective, a constant leak like this looks worrying and clearly deserves inspection and maintenance. During our visit, I also saw young visitors spit directly into the pool more than once. I would expect the staff to pay closer attention to basic hygiene rules. Overall, this is a pleasant place to spend the day, but I would feel much more comfortable giving it a higher rating if there were more attention to the technical condition of the attractions and to hygiene in the pools.

I decided to leave a detailed review because our experience at S Club was mixed, but overall positive. The grounds are beautiful and atmospheric, with stone-paved paths, lots of greenery and cute wooden cottages. There are also friendly dogs and cats around. Unfortunately, there is a constant smell of manure throughout the property and sometimes a sewage smell. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our towels and bed linen were clean and fresh, there were no spiders, and the room had a refrigerator and complimentary bottled water. Larger cottages also have a kettle. The room price includes the water park, SPA, breakfast and dinner. Breakfast and dinner are buffet-style, with a decent selection of food. Drinks at dinner are limited to water, while breakfast includes free tea and machine coffee. We also had lunch. There are adult and children’s set menus including soup, a main course, salad and dessert; drinks are extra. We waited about 45 minutes for the soup, and it arrived barely warm, although the chorba itself was very tasty. The trout was good, the potatoes tasted like instant mashed potatoes, and the grilled vegetables were undercooked. The palačinka was delicious, and the ice cream came as two scoops. I appreciated that the waitress waited until we finished the first course before asking if she could bring the main course. The water park is quite large, with three adult slide systems and three children’s areas. The kamikaze slides were the most fun. The new tube slides have weak water pressure and every joint can be felt. The inflatable-tube slides are poorly organized, with people ignoring the queue and staff not really intervening. The biggest issue is pool cleanliness — we encountered hair, leaves, cigarette butts and other debris in the water. The children’s pools are also extremely cold. The flooring around the slides is slippery, so non-slip surfaces would be a good improvement. The water park officially closes at 7 PM, but around 6:30 PM the slides are turned off and people are asked to leave the pools. The SPA also works differently from what you might expect from the advertised opening hours. You need to ask reception to turn on the hammam and sauna. There is also a salt sauna and jacuzzi. Food and drinks inside the water park are about twice the shop price, and bags are checked at the entrance. Despite all these drawbacks, I enjoyed the stay and would happily come back. Compared with what we spent on a similar holiday in Turkey, I would rather come here for three days. The combination of accommodation, meals, water park and SPA makes it a convenient place for a short getaway. There is definitely room for improvement, but overall I had a good time.
