We visited Time Out on a Wednesday. Overall, we had a great experience at this restaurant. The location is by far the biggest reason to visit. It's absolutely beautiful and incredibly relaxing. The food was good, but nothing particularly special. Unfortunately, the staff forgot one of our drinks multiple times, which confirms some of the complaints mentioned by other customers. We even asked the waiter if he wanted to write our order down since there were five of us and we ordered quite a lot. He said he didn't need to, but then forgot our drink anyway. 😄 I think simply taking notes would already make a big difference and improve the service. That said, we still had an amazing time and would definitely come back for the beautiful location and stunning view.
No Serbian coffee and very bad hygiene conditions due dogs in eating area, dogs sitting in chairs and on couches. Terrible. Nice live music though.
Fast and good service, great atmosphere, especially for families with small kids.
20 minutes waiting to place a order, 20 aditional minutes for drinks to arrive and than it turns out they forgot 2 of 5 things we ordered... This has been repeating few times when I visited. I know it's busy, but they need to invest more in staff.
