Description

Your tour begins at 8 a.m. with pickup from your accommodation in Belgrade. The journey leads west, passing through Užice, the largest town in the region. Here, a brief stop allows you to visit Stari Grad fortress from the 14th century, located on a cliff above the Djetinja River valley, offering expansive views of the town.

Next, the tour heads to Zlatibor, arriving in about 25 minutes. From the tourist center, take a 30-minute ride on the Gold Gondola panoramic cable car, which spans 9 km and connects the center with Tornik peak (1496 m), a ski area. This ride provides views of Zlatibor’s slopes, meadows, and Ribnica Lake, popular for swimming in summer.

After returning to Zlatibor center, continue to Stopica Cave to explore its limestone pools, underground water slopes, and unique cave formations. Following the cave visit, travel to Sirogojno village to visit the Old Village museum. This open-air museum preserves traditional wooden houses relocated from surrounding areas, illustrating local architecture and customs.

The day concludes in Ljubiš village, where you will enjoy regional specialties at a family-run traditional restaurant, including local dishes and rakija, a Serbian brandy. After the meal, return to Belgrade with drop-off at your accommodation in the evening.
