The restaurant of Far East cuisine Sakura was opened in Beton Hall in Belgrade. The name comes from the Japanese word for cherry blossom, and on the menu, you can find traditional dishes from Japan, China, Vietnam, Thailand and Korea, which, as PR manager of the restaurant Biljana Frlog says, is presented in a modern way. Sakura offers sushi, fresh meat with granite from the Japanese lime, soy sauce and salmon caviar, Japanese sea bass. Within the restaurant, there is a wine cellar with over 1500 wines from all over the world. The Sakura Bar offers an abundant selection of sake and a long list of cocktails which you can only taste here and so tame yourself day or night.
