On Saturday and Sunday, February 17th and 18th, the 7th Balkan Cheese Festival, the fair of native cheeses of the Balkans, will be held at the Belgrade Youth Centre.
Visitors will be able to taste rare and unusual types of cheeses and enjoy in drinking premium wines and delicacies, as well as cheese delicacies.
VII Balkan Cheese Festival presents Italian cheeses
About three hundred cheeses from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Croatia, and Macedonia will be exhibited at the Balkan Cheese Festival.
Cheeses from Italy will be presented at special presentations. This time Italy is called as a guest country.
On the second day of this kind of exhibition, on Sunday, February 18th, from 6 pm, winning cheeses will be declared by the votes of visitors.
The Balkan Cheese Festival will be open from 10.00h to 20.00h.
The price of the one-day ticket is unchanged compared to the previous meeting - 250 dinars. The ticket price includes the tasting of cheeses and delicacies at all stands of the exhibitors. Tickets will be available at the Eventim ticket office at the Belgrade Youth Centre.
